Is Physiotherapy appointment needed?
Physiotherapy appointment is needed to avoid wasted trip or disappointment. Please make a calendar booking with us and we shall fit in your schedules on best effort basis.

Duration and cost of each Physiotherapy session?
Each physiotherapy session is about 45 minutes. Fee is S$180 nett per pax.

What to bring along for my first Physiotherapy session?
Medical records, laboratory reports, X-rays, MRI, list of medications, allergies or previous surgeries done. Discuss your symptoms and pain spots with our physiotherapist.

Any discount or special promotion packages?
For Singapore citizens above the age of 70 years old or Pioneer Generation Cardholders, we offer a discounted price of ten percent off the bill on physiotherapy treatments.

Any referral letter needed from doctor?
No referral letter needed to seek physiotherapy treatments with us. However, if it is for the purpose of following up on your insurance claims, referral letter by doctor is generally required by the insurance companies.

Any help with our insurance claims?
Yes, we can arrange for our insurance claim specialists to help in expedite the insurance claim process. We have tied up with a panel of insurance companies to smoother the whole process.
